- It is designed to instantly make a full opening and a pop action when the fluid’s pressure goes up over a preset pressure.
- It is a valve used in pressure tank or boiler. As a safety device for pressure tank, it is designed to release pressure when the pressure in the tank goes up high over a preset limit. It is attached to a top of a pressure tank type wet fire extinguishing panel or a sprinkler.
